Our job,
as your Property Manager, is to take the stress and headache out
of owning and renting out an investment property. Your job, as
the owner is to simply receive your rent proceeds each month.

We only charge 8%
of collected rents monthly for management

We only charge ½
months rent as a Leasing Fee, for full management.

We handle the
collection of all rents/late fees

We handle all
service calls and emergencies

You do NOT pay us
anything until/unless the property is rented

We do NOT charge
you for the advertising/marketing of your property

We handle the
showings of your property

We can also give
suggestions to help to get your property ready to rent

Each owner has
their own secure website to review their account
·
Rent proceeds are
paid to the Owner by EFT
·
Tenants can also
pay their rent via EFT
·
We do a Criminal
Background check on all Potential Tenants
·
We also require a
Credit Check, Income Verification, Landlord Reference, Employment
Verification and Personal Reference Check
·
We check for Sex
Offender’s/Convicted Felons
·
We can help you
with your problem tenants
·
We can manage your
rental, or just help you find a renter!
·
We can evict an
existing bad/non-paying Tenant for you
All of these methods are designed
to safeguard your investment, and to procure a great tenant, who
will hopefully stay there as long as possible.
