Each adult (18+) applicant/occupant is required to complete a seperate Rental Application for Residency. Upon receipt of your completed Application and non-refundable $50 application fee (per adult), we will begin the approval process.
Note: Any information on the application package or provided documents that Golden Realty deems to be false or untruthful will be immediate grounds for denial.

Income
Employment
Credit History
Rental / Mortgage History
Criminal History
Note: Failure to answer truthfully to any of the above as asked on the application will be immediate grounds for denial.
Rent payments are due on the 1st calendar day of each month and are considered late if not received by the 5th. Payments can be made online, mailed or dropped off at our office during normal business hours excluding holidays.
