Mike Golden
Broker/Owner
Mike has been selling investment real estate in the Triangle area for years, and enjoys finding deals for his clients. An North Carolina resident since 1999, Mike is a Veteran of the US Army, and has a background in Law enforcement and IT tech.

Mike has a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, and is pursuing his MBA. He has received both the Centurion Producer Award from Century 21 (2005), and the Executive Club Producer Award from Re/MAX (2007)

Mike belongs to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (lifetime member), The Disabled American Veterans (lifetime member), the National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.

He lives in Raleigh with his wife Cindy, and their Maltese dogs Happy and Joy.

Lorraine Ronk

Lorraine has been a North Raleigh resident since 1996. Born in Upstate NY, she moved to Boca Raton, FL, and finally relocated here in Wake County with her husband Kevin, two daughters Halle & Monika and their beloved Morkie Poo – Bandit. She has been selling residential real estate since 2004 and is certified in Short Sales, Foreclosures and REO’s.

Besides her first passion – selling real estate – she has coached gymnastics for the past three years at Wake Gymnastics. In addition to her two favorite pursuits, she volunteers at her daughters’ schools, Magellan Charter & Leesville High School, and also at their parish, St. Francis of Assisi. In addition, she has been an assistant cheerleading coach with North Raleigh Bulldogs. When she finds the time to enjoy her favorite activity – boating – you may run into her and her family on Falls Lake or Gaston Lake water skiing, wakeboarding or just kicking back with friends.

Allison Rodrigues
Realtor/Property Manager
Relocated from Jacksonville, Florida with her husband, Flavio, and son, Mateus, Allison is a certified paralegal from Florida, and spent 8 years in title and real estate litigation. She has also worked in Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Immigration, and Civil Litigation. She is enjoying seeing the "front end" of real estate transactions and trying to keep Liz sane. Allison is enjoying getting to know the Triangle with her family, especially since they enjoy being outdoors.

Allison has advanced her Real Estate career by obtaining her NC Real Estate License, and is now a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Raleigh Association of Realtors.

Richard Bowen Jr.

Richard has over ten years of experience in the fields of Real Estate and Property Management. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Residential Property Management. He also received his MBA in Real Estate from Marylhurst University. He is a dedicated Buyer's Agent, and specializes in working with first-time home buyers.

Richard and his wife have three beautiful children. In his free time, Richard enjoys relaxing, watching sports and the history channel, and spending time with his family.

Alice Tate

Alice's real estate career began in the early ‘90s at Lake Gaston, NC and has run the gamut from selling residential property and land, property management, residential construction and real estate assessment and tax administration. Working for a successful resort property/real estate company and two multi-million dollar producing contractors building and remodeling homes, gives her the insight into all aspects of real estate – and tons of hands-on experience

After moving to Raleigh, her real estate career continued with an international real estate company in the administrative side of the business. To say that she has been involved in the real estate industry from the ground up, literally, is an understatement. She lives to deliver full service to her clients.

An avid gardener, and is and forever designing new garden spaces. Her other hobbies include decorating, sewing, reading and knitting.

Sheila Chester
Bookkeeper
Born in Syracuse, NY and Lived 35 years in San Francisco Bay Area before moving to the Raleigh area in 2000.

Very experienced managing offices, which also included bookkeeping, payroll and personnel. On several occasions assisted with setting up offices for new companies. In CA Sheila and her husband spent a lot of time with friends enjoying sports – from bowling to taking our dune buggy through the back country from Auburn, CA to Tahoe or just camping and hiking through CA and Nevada

Came to Raleigh to be closer to family and worked for another real estate firm as administrator/bookkeeper before joining the Golden Realty Team. At the same time enjoying the wonderful people and weather in NC and bringing up 2 rescue cats that have her very well trained.
