PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR A RENTAL HOME

 

Application Process

1.      View/Decide on Rental Property you are interested in.

*Note: We will NOT process your application until you have actually seen the property, nor will we process applications that are more than 30 days from your requested move-in date.

2.      Fill out an application by clicking HERE . There is a $50.00 Application Fee / per applicant. This must be paid at the time you fill out the application online.  You can make the payment online from your checking account.

3.      Sign the Tenant Release Form: This gives us permission to pull your credit, contact your employer and landlord to verify any information regarding employment, landlord history, etc.

4.      Provide us with your last 2 Pay Stubs.  You can email to management@goldenrealtync.com or fax all of these documents to
(919) 573-0365.

5.      Each Adult Occupant MUST fill out a separate Application.

*After we receive all the above items, we can process your application.

Applications will NOT be processed until all the above has been completed, and all documents requested above have been received. If we do not receive all documents needed within 24 hours of receiving your application, your application will be cancelled.  Please make sure you have all documents ready prior to submitting
your application!

Processing may take up to 2-3 business days. You will be notified in writing if your application has been denied, with an explanation of our decision. 

If approved, you will make an appointment to come in to sign the lease and pay the Security Deposit.  Security Deposits must be paid in full at the time of lease signing, no exceptions.
